Anyway, I became interested in the brand Organix because all of their products have natural ingredients. Last year, before getting the straightening treatment, I tried out their Coconut Milk Mousse which I did not like -- it dried out my hair. But a couple of months ago I started searching for reviews on their shampoos, and many people recommended it. Hence, I ended up buying it.
To be honest, I was disappointed in the first use. My hair was not nourished at all, I felt it get a little more dry. In my opinion, the shampoo is a little harsh even though in their website, it states that it doesn't contain Sodium Laureth Sulfate or Sodium Laurel Sulfate. My hair is colored treated and after a few washes, the color changed becoming slightly more brassy. Nevertheless, when I switched the order in which I wash my hair (conditioning before shampooing) the results were completely different. My curls became defined, bouncy and frizz-free. The argan oil conditioner smells great but it doesn't last.
In conclusion, do I recommend it? Yes and no. Every one's hair is different, and what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I don't plan on repurchasing it, I'd rather keep on exploring new brands. The product is not bad, it gets the job well done. But I personally think that the price for which I payed did not compensate the results obtained (Ogx products are a bit expensive here in Peru).
P.S. If you're wondering why I wash my hair in an odd order, I'll be making a post about that soon.
